epic improvements

    i have a epic improvement in the wrong house,
    if i demolish this building will the improvement be returned to the inventory
    or is there another way to do this
    anyone have any ideas

    From what I remember, once RI is used, that's it. It can't be returned to the warehouse.

    Demolishing could be tested on a lowbie house though.

    Thank you norton for answering. Residential Improvements cannot be recovered. they can only be renewed once placed on a home. If home is demolished the improvement is lost.
