Error occurs instead of movie

    Every time that it says that I can watch a movie this is what comes up.

    Ooops, an error has occurred..
    Unauthorized IP 72.170.224.200
    Ticket id for this error is 1913599930422758

    I cannot get off the page until I click that I do not want to watch the movie. Please help!
    P.S. the same thing happens to my friend

    Following on from "mare53" another error that keeps occurring with the movies is "504 bad gateway" so "mare53" you are not alone with these snags!

    We have many reports of the same problem which is external not of our making.
    I hope they can fix it soon.
