Event Not Giving Reward..

Well I was sitting here playing along on the Artistic Event thing.
Completed Level 1 of it. Reward was supposed to be Exp, Coins, and 2 Water Tanks for the Emergency System. I go to the Depot to get my Water tanks and ..
There is NO Water Tanks.
So what am I supposed to do??
Its not showing at all, Your supposed to get the Building Permits pick them up from the depot ( of course you still have to pay CC for it when you do ) Then place it on your Main Field.
But there is nothing there.

Please help in Figuring out this one. I worked really hard to get those. And I really Want them and the next ones as Well. Level 2 is 2 permits for Police, then Level 3 is 2 Permits for hospital. And its not fair to complete the task and not get them. Specially when one really needs them.

 

Did you look in the bottom tab on the right side of the designer depot?

 

Yes I have Looked under the Star Icon on the Right Side of the Depot Listings.
There is ablsolutly Nothing appearing. I just did a Browser Delete, and a Refresh and Nothing has Changed.
Still no Reward.

Just Did another Complete Un Install of Flash Player, Then Deleted History and Cache again and Did a Reload and Finally got my Reward showing in the Depot.
This is getting aggravating having to do that every time it seems I use metro money on something.
This time all I did was use MM to finish a round on the brickyard for Clay. And it messed up.
That's the only thing I can even think of that could be doing this.
Each time I have an issue with Quest or Event or Upgrades or whatever not working right it Always seems
to happen after I use MM.
Going to test the theory more later. For now At Least I got the Water Tanks. Finally. ( took 3 hours )

 

Please note that rewards can take some time to show up especially if there are many people on the system. As you found out the best way if you are in a desperate rush for some reason is just to renew your cache.
There are two quick ways to fix this issue instantly the first is to just use another computer that way the fresh cache will fetch the new data.
The other is to log out switch off and then log back in after switching back on.
The second of these only works if your system clears cache on log off and sorry it will never work with Safari and Chrome.
