    At the moment my hired specialists have good points and lots of missions left, i don't want to fire them yet. Same time my student has completed his/her training and sits "unemployed".
    There should be market for selling or buying graduated students, sometimes 1 can have also shortage of them if specialists run out of missions close to each other.

    Management of the specialists missions to avoid shortages is a bit of a problem, but not insurmountable (with plenty of EP :) ).

    Much worse is the dearth of scientists, engineers and officers and this could maybe be eased by some kind of exchange (although I assume the intention is to limit their availability generally). Perhaps an opportunity for non-EMS players to continue to utilize their academy/EP/Vit-X for some benefit (I would pay 5M CC for a 50-motivation scientist).
