Fabric doesnt drop for circus event

    I read that ALL residents drop the cloth needed for the 4th part of the Circus weekly event, but that isn't what I am seeing in my city. Anyone else having this problem? or am I misunderstanding how it works?

    Only a very few of my residents are giving me the cloth

    Residences with a timer of less than 2 hours rarely give drops you need residentials of over 2 hours.
    is thee anything else we can help you with on this topic

    No, that answers my question, thank you.
    But the FAQ should be changed to show that only residents with timers over two hours have drops....not ALL as it currently states.
