    This post is in the wrong area so I will move it to Tech questions.
    Your problem is to do with your browser cache. to fix this please clear your browser cache/cookies etc, then log out of the game and completely shut down your computer and reboot from a cold start.
    When logging back into the game use a different bowse and that should resolve your problem, if it does not work please advise us further
