Farm and Lumber Mill Not giving correct amount

The Lumber mill shows to give 8 Lumber but when i collect it only give me 4

The farms also doing this

Can someone please help

 

If you are supposed to get 4 (lumber mill lvl1) then its a display error, fix on its way.
If not read on.

In upper right corner is a energy bar (blue).
If its not above 75% your production fall to 75%.
If its not above 50% it fall to 50%.
As your production is 50% I assume your power is under 50%?
Just build a new power plant and make sure your power always is above 75%!

The same is true for Mood (green bar) but affect your rent collect.

 

To save time I logged on as you and I see you have very high power (good guess Tellus but not for this one).

I collected you mills for you and reset the production and I was abale to duplicate the problem you see.

May I ask you please email support (click on the link on the main game page). You will still get me but your system will send me more information that I can pass onto our coders.

 

this problem has now been fixed . please clear cache etc and relog in and happy gaming
