Farm Glitch

My ID#6153803. Issue: Two of my farms are glitching (the two to the farthest left side). Every time I try and start production with these my screen gets dim and the game freezes. All other production and game play is working fine...and yes I have dumped my caches, defragged, etc. I run top of the line AVS & maintenance software. Please see if you can unfreeze these? With the rock festival and hopefully Halloween events coming up, I need my production at full tilt. Thank you for your time and assistance...I know you have a lot on your plate and you ARE appreciated

 

I can no longer do this from support as it is a cache issue it needs to be done from your system.

Just use another computer to log in click on the buildings once and the problem will fix itself instantly (new cache).

 

Have already tried that...to no avail. Two different systems, same result. Will try a third...are you sure the issue is not on your guys' end?

 

Ok...the third system (a better computer) resolved the issue. Thank you for your time and for letting me know how to fix this

 

Really sorry you had the problem we have reported this several times to the dev team but they are at a loss how to fix it as it is at the players end (as you found out).

They do have contact with adobe(flash) and we are hoping together they can stop this from happening.
