Fifth Challenge won't mature

I purchased the following mystery buildings that won't allow the fifth 'Challenge' (star) to mature. I acquired all 19 mystery buildings within 24 hours. I also leveled them all up to 'Level 3' within 24 hours of each other. They should have received there fifth star within 24 hours of each other.

The buildings in question are located on my 'Coastal Parcel' as follows:

2 of my 8 'Skydome Houses'(4 hour rent timers) will not allow a 'fifth' challenge star to be acquired. The first 6 did so nearly two weeks ago, but the last 2 will not.

10 of my 11 'Nexus Apartments' (2 hour rent timers) is doing the same thing, which is stuck on challenge 5 as well.

These two groups of rentals should have all matured within 24 hours of of each other (nearly 2 weeks ago). Can someone enter my account and correct this problem and give me my 'Fifth Star' for both groups.

Really sorry but it is not as simple as just giving you a star there appears to be a coding issue here.

Could you please copy the above information and email support I will answer you and link your email into the Coders data screen. (sorry I cannot do that from the forum.)
