    `I am new just been playing a few hours I got to level 11..

    I fired the Fire Department work by mistake.... How to I get someone back into the fire department.... I am not paying yet till I learn to see how this game works.

    you need to retrain one, you can do that in your academy

    Okay, I have an academy up and running, but every time I click on the new employee it takes me to pay now section to pay money lol.
    Is there anyway to get that employee without paying for game???

    you will need either vitamin-x or education points, you will need students in your houses for that or by clicking on barrels in the shore playfield
