Fix didn't work for me

I followed instructions in the Official Announcement, But to no avail.

Maybe Fix 2.0 will work Good luck and Happy Gaming

 

still unable to log in past the Blue Skyline page Did send a ticket to support as requested Not very hopeful to be honest since you just did a manual reset Sunday prior to the log in issue

But Thank You Pirate for trying and Thank You to the Mod staff for their patience in dealing with the complaints

 

I just reset your data about ten minuets ago when I got to your ticket so please check again.

 

I cleared cache,history and all steps again and I can now get to the City Map and then it just stops But Thanks for your effort

 

Well it has now been a full 7 days since this issue began and 4 days since the Official Announcements declared That the issue has been corrected

BUT the game is still Broken and unable to log in and lets not forget that the issue was created because I upgraded some buildings and moved things around Then the issue was My fault because I needed to clear my cache and cookies and check my internet set up

During this entire fiasco No one has ever bothered to admit there was any issue other then User error
So to make things easier for Big Points and the Rising Cities team this User will remove himself from the equation There problems solved
