Flash Player Problem?

    When I begin to play it says to update my Flash Player for the full experience. The problem is that my Flash Player is already updated to the latest. (Flash Player 13) And I also downloaded it again to be sure and it is still happening.
    P.S Please Help. Not super important but I would like a helpful asnwer

    Without your ID number I cannot check out your account however it sounds like you have an old flash running.

    Flash is an odd problem as you can sometimes download it 10 times and it never actually installs as you still have an old version running in the background.

    If you go to adobe (depending upon your skill level) there is a tool to see how many versions of flash you have in your system.

    If you are familiar with task manager you can scroll down the list of add ons and see which flash is actually been utilized.

    On one occasion I did have 3 versions installed on the same system which is how I found this particular problem.
