    Mystery/season buildings can only be bought under a few days now and then, not at the moment.

    And they can be awarded as event prizes and very occasionally won in booster packs. Note that there are two different seasons of Mystery buildings, and the flowerista is in season 2. If they're running season 1 you won't get one!
