Frozen buildings

    Some of my buildings won't upgrade. I'm ready to up grade click on the button and a new screen opens up. I click on start but nothing happens. I have a number of building like this. Any suggestions!

    FredBaskin - I have tried to find a building that is ready to be upgraded. Finally found one in the mountain area. I started the upgrade on a designer duplex with no issue. If you are having problems with another building, please give me a precise location and building type so I can see what you are talking about. If everything is going well now let me know. Thank you.
