Gaining building Permits

    Hi folks.
    I have just unlocked the Solar Power Plant but have no available building permits. Apart from using Metro Money to purchase permits, is the any other way of gaining any? For example can I destroy a couple of Coal Plants to regain their building permits?

    The yellow background buildings, eg surfer van and solar power are for Metro Money only. Occasionally some permits will be given as a reward in an Event, or sometimes you might win a permit from an Emergency system booster pack. If you destroy a couple of Coal plants, you will get 2 coal plant permits back, you will not gain any solar power permits.
