game glitch

    Urban High Rise wont stay upgraded to level 4
    Have a level 4 Urban High Rise that reverted back to 'Step 6/6' after selecting the 'Reduce Mood and Energy by 50%'.

    I'll log-out of my game so someone can fix it. It's located on the main city map (lower right).

    This cannot be fixed by us in support as it is a coding issue I am sorry, I have placed this in the coders spreadsheet to get it resolved.

    Thank you PirateLee, ..do u know what the turn around time is for coder spreadsheet issues? Do I need to log-out of my game for them to address the issue?

    To be honest this will not be until after Christmas as they have a backlog a mile long and only a few days to do it.

    Send me an email (support email) with the exact position of the building and I will try my bag or tricks to fix it now instead of waiting for a coding fix.
