Game only partially loading

Hi guys. I can't find an identical problem being discussed on the forum so am trying a new discussion thread. It's difficult to explain but when the game loads and I click on an area from the map, the area comes up but the map and buffering symbol remains over about three quarters of the screen and prevents me from performing some of the actions. I can still move around a little, collect rent and remove brushwood etc, even cross into other areas, but the problem persists. At first it was an intermittent issue and could be cleared by repeatedly logging off and on again. Now it's just not working. I have cleared my cache etc and done everything we're normally advised to do when there's a problem, but no joy.

I've gone back and it seems to be OK again, but perhaps only gone back to being an intermittent problem. Would still be grateful for advice. Thanks.

 

Hi Yorksgirl This usually happens when you double click when selecting a playfield from the map. The game is trying to load two versions of the same game at the same time. This is why you get the first one loads successfully and then the second game is still trying to load. Causing the conflict. The only solution is to log out and log back in and make certain that you only click once while selecting your play fields. I do this myself more than I would like to admit.
