Game reset please

    I'm having issues again logging into my game. It won't load past the picture of the apple. I've done all the basics(clear cache, change browsers , etc) to no avail. A reset is usually needed and greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    P.S. I've upgraded a building and when it finished it still displays as a construction.Not sure if reset will help that or not. It isn't that big of a concern to me at this point just a curiosity.

    Thanks so much. The reset worked and I can now get back in the game. The building i still in that construction phase but I can oddly collect rent from it. No worries though and I appreciate the help. You can close this thread.
