    The game is stuck at the blue screen. Have tried both Chrome and Explorer on two different computers.

    bcore120 I logged into your account using Firefox, Chrome, and Edge (formerly Explorer). I had no problem. Either the connection between your server and Big Points server was weak or non existing, or there was an issue at your end. I hope the problem has been resolved for you. Please advise us if this issue continues or is resolved.
