game won't load...

    Tried two different computers and two browsers been over 2 days as well....what's happening?

    As requested, sim_fan | ID 7730014, problem still persists after numerous attempts no other applications affected, other games play fine.

    I have the same problem with the firefox browser. Only when I ´m loading into the game with explorer it works. Then I can start the game in a different folder and now with firefox.

    Ok first up can you try and clear your flash cache, this is not related to browser cache and if you have trouble just email support and I will walk you through the process.
