Game wont load

Hi

Im having some troubles with the game. Sometimes the game wont load past the blue loading screen, and sometimes it does load, but half the building are missing and you cant interact with them. The one thing I havent experienced is a flawless load. It started since this morning.

I have the problem on both Chrome and IE.

Yeah pretty much the same issue for me too, very slow loading and a lot of buildings not showing up.
Getting disconnected from the game constantly aswell.
Have cleared cache for browsers and flash several times without any improvement. Hopefully sorted out on monday when the servers get petted and fed

Akalima please go in and edit your post and add your game ID # located above the game in the non-full screen mode.


You may try using a different device (ie. different computer, tablet, laptop, smart phone) This will reset your cache completely. Clearing the cache while still in the game does not always clear all of the data from the cache. (If it did the system would crash) But, when you start from a new device it starts with a clean and new cache. This some times works. Good luck.

 

Thanks for trying to help but I'm fully aware of the ins and outs, not bothering with ID as it's not on my end the issue lies.

 

The ID is so they can find your game among all of the others in the system and help find the issue.
