    ID 7462758 - Looking at the other threads, it looks like my game needs to be reset. I've been trying to load the game from various computers for about 3 weeks, but the game won't load beyond the blue skyline screen.

    Game loads now. Thank you. My power and happiness levels are much lower now, but at least I can play.

    That can happen when I reset your data, the new readings are correct the old ones had lagged and not caught up with your use such as new buildings etc.
