Game won't load

    Good morning,

    My game will not load. It doesn't even get to the blue load screen. I have cleared cache, cookies, etc. in ie, firefox, and chrome. shut down computer, cleared cache, etc again, shutdown again, and still same issue.

    I'm trying to complete one of the events and it would be such a shame to not be able to complete it.

    Would you please reset and see if this helps? or, would you rather I do a support ticket?

    It finally loaded after about an hour. Thanks. Hopefully it will continue to work properly.
