Game won't start

I log in and it does the white line to the siloete of buildings but won't go any further.
I played a few hours already and verified my e-mail.
Since veryfiying its gone strange.

have you cleared your cache tried a different browser logged out of the game and rebooted the computor, then if all that fails pirate lee will need your id, the information you need is in the link below

I've done evrything you said, logged out, cleared cache/flashcache, differant browser, reboot, it just won't get past that 1st screen. Been trying for the last three hours.
Everything else is fine apart just this game. ID is: 8192604

I had similar problem this morning. I followed all of the usual procedures got no joy. Then came back an hour later and system worked. Question was someone working on system or server issue today between 02:00 and 04:00 CET? Just curious. Thanks

I just logged on as you and your level 9 account is working perfectly. I see you logged on earlier today does that mean the issue has passed?.
