    It was probably moved from "General Questions" without being answered?

    To answer: This space, where your thread was moved, called "Speakers' Corner" is probably the most relaxed part of the forum. Every section has it's rather clear designation, purpose and rules. Even here we usually tend to chat about things at least somewhat related to the game. So, not knowing your exact idea of "general chat", I suggest that possible answer might be: "no", there is no "chit-chat-nonsense-all-year-round" designated section in this forum. ;) (which is not ment to suggest that everything we post around here is always really meaningfull) :D :D :D

    Someone correct me please, if I missed something. :)

    Rising Cities does not have a live chat window like other BP games, if this was that you were refering to TechnoSponge.
