Gets stuck on the blue skyline. Yes, i cleared my flash cache and my browser cache/history. every time before I log in. . And the problem persists. maybe a game reset will help please. ID 8766353

sams264227011a has made a good suggestion. You also may try shutting down your device and starting again from a cold start. This some times more throughly clears the cache's. I will pass your request to the next level. They will have to do the reset. It might be a few hours. Let us know if this helps.

 

tried 2nd computer too will not work their eather
