Getting Booted

    I keep getting booted when i go to collect something. I have cleared cache and stuff but still the same problem. What do I do as I am in the middle of an event?

    have you tried a different browser, when you clear your cache then reboot first
    if that does not work we will need your ID number so that we can be of further assistance to you

    The problem went away that day when i complained about it and things went well for few days but it is happening again. Using other browsers as well as clearing cache and rebooting computer did not work.
    Please fix it. ID number at the bottom of the post.

    It says your online at the moment, so I can't check much from this end until you log off (otherwise it might be me booting you off!). Please can you let me know when you are not online in the game?
