gold & platinum medals

    im recieving all types medals when i solve the emergencies except gold & platinum medals, how can i get these 2 medals?

    Note: my emergency departments are at level 1

    There is a lot of information here.

    But in summary, you need skill points to get the higher medals. The motivation trait gets you better quality medals. To get bronze medals you need at least 25 points of motivation between all the specialists that attend that emergency. To get silver, you need 75. To get gold you need 150 and to get platinum you need 250.

    So it is possible to get gold medals with just three specialists (if they're trained up to maximum motivation), but you need 5 specialists all trained to max to get platinum medals. This means you need L2 or L3 departments.
