hard working town task

    Hi I am unable to collect on the hard working town task both tasks have green ticks but the collect reward button isn't showing I have 312 workers and have collected 6000 production points am I missing something? Any help with this will be appreciated my id is 6219474.

    I have tried to log on to your account several times without success, this may indicate a bigger issue than just the quest.
    Can you please contact support via email (it will be me) this will allow a closer look at your problem.

    In the game, below the game screen, there is several links, one of them "support". You need to switch in-game "full screen" mode off to get below the game screen.

    I will close this thread now as nothing more can be done from the forum.
