Has site crashed?

Was in site 1/2 hour ago and when I tried to go to the beach gamezone it wouldn't allow me to. Tried to exit and get back in several times and game won't load past blue skyline screen.

 

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and history, defragging system memory? Often these cause such gltiches; could also be their server having issues.

 

Cleared Cache, ran spybot and tried in IE and Chrome. No luck last night or this morning!

 

I have logged on as you without issue so does this mean your problem is passed?.

We have no downtime logged for the servers?.

 

Still can't get in. Get blue loading page indefinitely. Have cleared entire internet history including cache, have defragged hardrive, have installed and ran Malwarebytes, Spybot and AVG anti-virus. Have tried running after every attempt on both IE and Chrome. Was in game yesterday but couldn't get to beach. Exited, tried to login again and have had problem everytime.

 

Please try again I have reset your data so flash may recognize you (this is a flash issue which adobe are aware of).

 

I'm in. But now it shows my energy production level is half of what it was. I've always operated at 100%.
What the heck!

 

That is because your energy and mood where also in lag, when I reset all your data it shows the correct amount as it refreshes everything.
Flash then sees a new view so to speak and shakes hands with your system.

The data you see now is exactly correct and up to date.

This is one of the reasons we avoid a reset until all else has been tried...sorry.
