    I've completed task ''Capitalists'' but I can't receive my reward. Also i've done everything in '' Intermediary Level'' task but it shows i've only completed the first point.

    I have similar problem - have upgraded cityhall and resident number is ok too.
    I can't pick the reward, even if its 'green and ready to collect'
