    This is starting to be frustration complete! Started this waste of time and even bought updated stuff and all I get is slow loading and the emergency system wasting and frustrating me. Level 11 and the fire and police departments are hyper active!!! I wrote this message waiting for the game to load and it is slower than(edit)! My system is 8gb RAM - quadcore AMD with high speed ISP - what is the problem with waiting for ever!!!!

    there has been a loading problem as announced in OA this problem has now been resolved
