    Hi loot-o-matic and I can't find the awards I won from the other competition. giving home as a gift. but my designer does not in store. Could you help?

    Ozeee - most if not almost all awards for buildings from the loot o matic are for building permits for the buildings. Not the actual building. Check the number of building permits for the awarded building and it should have increased by one. On rare occasions there is a time delay in receiving the award. This is caused by a synchronization error between your device and the servers.
