    How can i raise the power energy? Power energy decrease, help!

    Every new structure requires energy to exist. So as you build more buildings your power level goes down. The construction of additional powerplants will give you more energy in your city. The game requires that you balance energy and mood levels for maximum performance. Realize that power plants and other buildings also affect the mood levels negatively.
