  1. So I am new to the game, I am level 14, one of my quest of the week is to buy a permit for a Surfer Van and build it. How do I go about doing this? I can not seem to see a button to complete this challenge .

  2. Strange. I am not aware of a quest which asks you to build a surfer van. The surfer van is a premium building, and so requires MM to purchase a permit for one.

If you go to your Designer Depot and click the top tab, that should get you residential buildings. The first one with a yellow background is the surfer van. If you click on it, it will tell you how many MM you need to purchase a permit. If you purchase a permit you then need to place it in your city and build it.

Before going ahead with this, please check the quest again, including the rewards from the quest to see if it is a) accurate and b) worth it.

  3. From my earlier days when I was testing and re-testing things on different accounts I remember there was a quest like that introduced at a point in time, which wasn't available when I started my main account. If I'm not mistaken the modified turorial quest sequence awarded ample amount of MM to allow the purchase.

As these changes usually go without any advice from Mr Moritz and his crew we are sometimes left puzzled at what new players encounter unless we keep replaying the first 15 or so game levels on test accounts again and again.
