    Hi,

    I don't know if it's normal, but the only type of hospital specialization I have been proposed for the last five times is diagnotician.


    PS. Sorry if I did some mistakes, English is not my first language.

    That is just bad luck I think, although diagnostician has always seemed more common than scientist.

    You can refuse promotion, and hope to get a different one later but it takes a lot of rookie missions to fill the higher levels.

    Good luck and don't worry, your english is ~perfect.

    yes you can effuse a specialist and wait till the next upgrade for them, unfortunately there is no guarantee that you wont get the specialist that you need

    Can add that if you say No to a specialist you still get the skill points for levelling up.
