    Hello brikena I have forgotten exactly what level the hospital becomes available. Sorry the brain cells are not as young as they used to be. My gut feeling is that it is somewhere around level 10. The FAQ's do not say and it was a few years ago for me. Good luck

    The firehouse, hospital, police station and academy unlock starting at level 10, but the more important thing is to follow the chain of related tasks. Just do the tasks and they should come up. The required ones are near the bottom here, starting from City Hall Blaze:

    Sometimes you may need to refresh for new tasks to appear.
