  1. i'm currently playing the game using the site games.com and my screen seems to be missing a good portion on the left side, i can't look through my inventory, press the X button to close tabs, see my mood or energy level, really i can't do anything on that side of the game .. i was thinking if i played using the bigpoint website i might be able to see it all. But, when i try to log in it says i have no account, which make sense because my account is the one i created for the games.com site. So my question is, where do i find my account information so i can log into bigpoint? Or do i have to start right from the beginning on bigpoint?
oh yeah, its been like this for the past week now, and zooming in or out, clearing my caches, refreshing or going full screen don't help.

I have no idea what game.com is ... but you ought to be able to start a city (make a new account) on a BP server, I use risingcities.com.

  3. yeah i knew starting over was an option but i'm already lvl 17 and don't want to have to start from the beginning again.:( i just want to know if there is a way to log into risingcities.com or bigpoint.com without starting over.
and games.com is just another gaming website on which i found rising cities on.

Hey, I don't know but I had to try 2 before I had a clue and I ought to have made it 3 really.

What did it take you to get to lvl 17 - 2 weeks? Can be back with a much better layout, save the ERS until you are ready etc kind of set-up in no time.

You should wait until someone more knowledgeable or soberer than me answers this and you may not have to trash your city.

Your id and account # should be accessible through big point portal. Try to use the forgotten password function. Double check the spelling and capitalization and punctuation of your id. You can find this information at the top of the regular (non full screen version). Your id is located in white lettering above the frame for the game screen. Hope this works. It did for me when Yahoo.com/games started to have problems getting to Rising Cities. I am sure a Moderator will be with you soon to help you.

Also check out this link under Official Notices:

this gives directions on this process. Good luck. Let us know if you get this problem fixed.

Also post your ID # located after your ID name above the frame in the regular play screen. This helps the moderators find your specific game to research your issue.

As my friend said if you give us your id number I will be able to check if this is a direct account or one linked to a site (like many Facebook accounts.)

  8. 8083845 is my id number. i looked at the link provided and although i can see how that might seem to help, i don't know how to get the layer to appear so i can request a new password. oh, and do i need to be logged out so you can log into my account?
    and thanks everybody :)

p.s it actually took me like almost 3 months to get to level 17, and i actually like my city as it is right now although, there is a few things i would do differently if i needed to. i think i'm finally starting to get the hang of being mayor;)

  9. Okay, so i just typed in risingcities.com into the address bar and it started loading my game automatically. I did this yesterday and i got the log in screen.
i don't know what this means but, i thought it might help my case if yous knew what happened ..
BTW i'm very exicted about this because i can now use the loot-a-matic :D

dannis.maxwell you might want to read the house rules. You are not suppose to double post on the forum. If you need to add another comment use the edit function to add additional comment. Way to go good luck and enjoy your city Mr. Mayor.

Ok I am sorry for the late reply, the good news is you have a full account so you do not need to log in via any third party site.

The bad news is you need to clear all the old data out of your cache which may be hard.
If you do manage to do that create a direct link on your desktop and never use the old one to log in.

If you are having issues with cache send a support email (click on support main game page) and I will walk you thorugh the process by email.
