HOW do you build the Academy?

How do you build the academy help appriciated

Can someone who has the academy please tell me how they got it so i can get it

I really need some help on this topic Requesting people with knowledge on this topic

how do you do that i get no emergencys so how do i like build it

 

The quest to build the academy should appear when your first emergency worker drops below 5 contracts left - don't renew his contract or you'll have to wait longer. If this doesn't happen could you leave your id so that someone can look into it. And finally, if you want to add anymore information to your post, before someone else has replied, please "edit" your post, rather than replying multiple times.

 

I heard someone saying that if you switch playfields you'll start getting emergencies - not sure if this is true or not, but you need to get to level 20 before you can get to the second playfield. Good luck, and please let me know if that works!

 

i gathered some workers and gave them a tour of my luxurious capitalists villas and tower blocks and told them:
" you want a life like this, u have to become smart, and in consequence you need to build me an academy"
and surprisingly enough... the next day a shiny new Academy was in my city. too bad i forgot to mention my workers that they need a capitalist citizen licence to attend the Academy training.. but ou well... tough love

PS: i got my academy about 1 year ago or more, and quest was triggered when doing emergency system quests. but ive heard rumors that these quests are somewhat broken nowadays.
