How do you start a weekly quest?

Hello friends, I see that I have a mastery challenge to complete the fifth star but i need to collect rent while theres a weekly quest going. What is and how do I start a weekly quest? thanks

DBILLY, first you have to build the event plaza. Then you will have access to the weekly and special events. Here is a link to the FAQ page about the plaza and events.
