How many specialist of given lv to get max coverage?

    Need a little help here

    how many specialist of a given lv do I need to get max coverage from the fire-house/police/hospital??

    and how high does their alertness-skill have to be?

    You add their number together so one at 25 is the same as 5 at 5. 50 is max for one guy.
    Alertness needed.
    l1 0
    l2 25
    l3 75
    l4 150
    l5 250
    The guys don't need any contracts for this so its possible to train a guy to 50 and nothing else and just let him sit there.
    I haven't controlled these number in more then ½year but I really doubt they have changed them.
