How to get Police and Fire Fighters

I've been playing for a while.
At first I was like uggh this is so annoying, these crimes and fires. So I shut them down; now I rebuilt a hospital but how do I get the rest back into my game. Please help, it would mean a lot.

 

you will find them on your inventory, click on the last tab on the right

click on the tools button bottom left of game screen then click on the move button in the middle of that group

tassie can you help me with a problem? When I log on the building disspear, some of the building disappear, I don't know if this is a glitch but please replie.

your problem is your cache please clear your browser/cache log out of the game then reboot your computer and use a different browser
