I can not get the reward

    Hi LSD,
    I've completed that task for you, but unfortunately managed to click on your City Hall to check it's level - and so collected the City Hall bonus from it for you. I'm sorry that it now means your timers are out of sync - I know how annoying that can be! Anyway, at least you should be able to collect your reward.

    thank you, this quest is completed now. But I have new problem with other quest "Transform in booming metropolis". Reached 2800 population but I cannot upgrade City Hall.

    Your city hall was already Level 7, so you can't upgrade it to level 8 until you reach 5000 population (I think). However, since booming metropolis requires 2800 population I've completed this task for you, and your reward is waiting for you to collect.
