    AnaLu138 - I went into your game and reset your resources. I was able to log in to your game and collected a few rents for you. The process of resetting your resources does reset your power and mood levels to there true values. There is aglitch in the system that when you apply an improvement to a residence and the time elapses the value does not reset. Causing the totals over time to become artificially high. You will need to work to repair these levels.
