I couldn't login

    I couldn't login to the game for several hours. I stuck in the blue window. I tried different explorer, and clearing the cache but nothing happen.

    I still couldn't login. What is the problem??

    First up there is no need to post twice we will always answer when time permits (but not in the middle of the night).

    Your account is working well for me so not sure what the issue is, I have reset your game data and retested so please check.

    Had this issue also...and am a contract paralegal so have an on call Comp Tech; tech looked into it and discovered BP was missing its server dns. It has aparently been fixed now...but there was an issue with three computers where I was.
