i didn't receive my rewards of the event

    i was doing the event of artist
    i finish all the levels except only few materials of last level
    then i accept the offer to finish and complete the last level with MM , and i accept that offer with 10 MM which was deducted from me , but unfortunately i don't receive any of the rewards of the level 5 of the event
    and i lost my MM .
    what should i do to get my rewards
    please help me
