    And another farm, mill etc. Once upon a time these were gifted to you at the conclusion of an event.

    Are they only now available by parting with hard cash?

    the only way to get a bakery is with the Christmas bonus code, unfortunately that did not happen this year.
    However maybe we might get luckier this coming Christmas.;)
