I need help

My Task list on the far left of the screen is crashed and I cant get it to work. Even if I complete a task it doesn't go through. it would be helpful if Rising Cities could rectify it. Thank u

"Intermediary Level" is causing trouble.
"Inaugural Event" is causing trouble.
"Transform into a big city" is having trouble with upgrade city hall

Ok, "Intermediary Level" and "Inaugural Event" should be waiting your collection. To "Transform into a big city" you need to get 450 residents first, then upgrade your city hall. You currently have <300 residents.
