    I'm having difficulty finishing the In A Glaze task. I have green checks next to both parts of this task but have no way of collecting prize. ID 7356694

    I have tried several times today to get online to your account without success.
    Could you please send a support email so we can look a little deeper at your problem.

    In the game, below the game screen, there is several links, one of them "support". You may need to switch in-game "full screen" mode off to get below the game screen.

    I will close this now and continue via email.
