The game is performing reload a lot - so is it possible for the game to be out of sync with the computer I use?

Rare, more likely the reverse is true. Your computer may be having issues with the game versus the game having issues with the computer. But nothing is impossible. Have you tried the usual fixed: Clear the cache; Signing in on a different browser; Using a different device to sign in on; etc. Good luck, would miss seeing your posts. :(

Don't worry - I not running anywhere :p - I just think it's a funny little problem - and yes I have done all the usual stuff ;)

As Billy Jim says this is not possible the system gives your computer data and then checks that data (very simplified) if the data is incorrect it resets (logs you off) then gives new data when you reconnect.

Since this is a live game you cannot play it without being online, your system however can, for a short while, think you are still connected and simply stores the data in cache until a fetch is initiated. Once your computer cannot "fetch" the data it too realizes the problem and cuts you off.
The data is then lost and wound back to the time you lost connection.

    Hope all that makes sense.

It does - when I rebooted my computer everything went back to 'normal' :p
